Visit by Swiss client
Today, August 26, 2026, a lady from Switzerland came to China alone to purchase beauty devices. Her first stop was our office at Huaqiang Creative Park, Guangming District, Shenzhen. She came specifically to source facial skin analyzers and scalp analyzers.

First, the client shared her requirements. She hoped our scalp-analysis device could clearly examine the scalp, hair follicles, hair quality and hair-loss conditions, as well as detect various scalp problems. She also wanted the system to store client files and generate professional analysis reports, preferably with an English-language interface. All of these requirements can be fully met by our equipment. I also did a live scalp analysis for her on our device so she could see the real-time scanning effect.

Meanwhile, the client asked what to do if a desired language was not available on the machine. We informed her that language customization is available, which depends on her minimum-order quantity.
Shortly afterwards, the client inquired about our M15A-3D facial skin analyzer. Our M15A-3D facial detector is equipped with a large 23.8-inch screen. It adopts 10-spectrum imaging and can detect 18 skin-related parameters(pores, porphyrin, sebum, cllogged pores, moisture, texture, pimple, acne, dermis pigmentation, epidermis pigmentation, brown area, green area, sensitive area, spider vein, heatmap....), The machine is able to generate lifelike 3D facial images and produce comprehensive test reports automatically. The report contains detailed skin issues, practical skincare suggestions and targeted treatment solutions. It can also predict how your skin will look in the future, a powerful function to help salon owners recommend and sell their skincare products more effectively.

I ran a complete skin test for her right on the spot. After carefully checking all scanned data and analysis results, she commented that the test results were very accurate and reliable. Impressed with our product performance, she decided to take 2 sample units back to Switzerland for further testing and market evaluation.
